Just before we embarked on our camping holiday up the NSW north-coast I happened to tune in to a radio program about food security to learn that food production is responsible for nearly 90% of deforestation around the world. Settling our tent amongst the gorgeous tallowwoods & their abundant fallen leaves on Worimi Country, I resolved to learn more about ecological biodiversity, to step more lightly on the earth.
